Been a Few weeks

My First Blog
Welcome to my Blog! I am so excited to get started. As I was preparing for a photoshoot with The Smith Family today I got to thinking....I am getting to spend time with so many different people. Some I know,( like Suzanne,The Smith's only daughter), and some I don't know. For whatever reason God places these people in my life and I have the opportunity to capture special moments for them. Each family has a story to tell. I am SO THANKFUL that I get to be a part (if even a small part) of it.
Today the story was that Mr. Smith has cancer and his daughter called me and if I could do family portraits for them. Suzanne is a childhood friend and I have not seen her probably since high school...I always remember she had the biggest Smile and today even with what her family is going through that smile was still there. She has so much to Smile about a very handsome husband and two wonderful boys. Her Sweet Mother looked just the same as she did 17 years ago...she has that Smile too and her Dad well I could just squeeze him up...a real Sweetheart. I had so much fun during the shoot...although at times it was crazy trying to remember who I had to still photograph and who I had already. :)
So as I left today heading to my next shoot with the Cox family(Mr. Cox also has cancer)....I got to thinking....You know I need to start a blog!!! I meet some amazing people everyday...people who have great stories....people who are inspiring...people who make me want to be a better person. I want to share with all of my friends and maybe you will be inspired too.
So my plan is to try and post here after every photoshoot as I REFLECT back on my session. Here you will find SNEAK PEAKS and important infomation for clients. Contest and Give aways will be posted here too. Remember this is a work in progress.
